Quant Trader Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Quant Trader for our high profile Dubai based Quant Hedge Fund.
They currently have a small London / Dubai based team and 500 million under management.
This role reports directly to the CEO of the Dubai office but can be mainly London based.
The role combines hands on Quantitative Analysis with an understanding of how to implement this in varying theatres as well as a constant need to develop products.
The Quant Trader will be responsible for: Design, test, optimize, and deploy automated trading strategies for the futures market Conduct statistical analysis of market data & historical trends Identify & develop signals from market data Evaluate changes in market behaviour & continually recalibrate and improve models Analyze trading data with the goal of increasing profitability & decreasing risk Suggest solutions to challenges faced in the trading environment Interact with counterparties & monitor markets/positions Produce research material We are looking for a strong quant that has had exposure to pricing and risk as well as some exposure to external exchange traded derivatives.
The role offers the ability to work with a major fund and the ability to run trading strategies from day 1.

The firm is based in Dubai so travel will be needed but Quants can work from London or home.
