Python Developer – Fintech Postgre SQL, TDD, Cordova Quant Capital is urgently looking for a full stack Python Developer to join our high profile client.

Our client well known fintech small banking business in the payments and social finance scene. (The current team stands at 5 developers who work in a true Agile fashion.

JS at the frontend with Python and some Clojure at the backend on an AWS Linux Stack.

This is a team of real geeks including a 2.5k tech spend and a 2.5k tech training budget.

The team enjoy hackathons, weekly talks from major fintech technologists and leaders as well as a real technology culture, not to mention the bleeding edge in terms of stack.

Using microservices for real without creating API spaghetti Building the right thing the right way – surprisingly hard even in a tight-knit team using TDD/BDDCoding with Young People I expect someone who keeps on top of the latest technologies (especially Dev Ops tools, Python nuts and bolts, frontend exposure and new methodologies) and who is prepared to take on the responsibility of keeping up with the curve.

Python Developers MUST have:1 years commercial Python Postgre SQLAlgorithmic principles Potentially some functional programming Design Theory RESTIdeally some frontend exposure e. g.

Angular or Node or Java Script Ideally Chef or Puppet Ideally AWS or Cloud exposure Linux The environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions.
