Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Product Manager for our high profile client. Our client is a recently acquired financial technology business who is currently taking the factoring and invoicing market by storm.
You will drive forward products by building a roadmap (including compliance); recommending present and future product lines by reviewing product proposition, specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.
Product Managers are responsible for defining and delivering their product vision by driving insight-led product development and management across the full lifecycle of the products which they are responsible for. Working closely not only internally with cross functional colleagues in Technology, Engineering, and Commercial teams, but also with customers and external partners to ensure a strong ROI and great customer and partner experience across their product portfolio.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for products and solutions to deliver company strategy & objectives around increasing the electronic exchange of invoice data with customers and partners.
- Maintain roadmap for present and future product lines by reviewing product and value proposition, to appraise new product ideas and/or product changes.
- Analyse market needs, and the evolving and changing competitive landscape to inform the design of products and services.
- Must have a strong commitment to customer service and be committed to pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support.
- Creation of specifications and user stories to commercial and technical requirements.
- Support Sales and Product Marketing in the launch of new products.
- Support implementation and customer services to deliver and maintain existing products.
As the Product Manager you will have:
- Experience as a product lead or manager.
- Able to create detailed designs and dataflows based on end user and/or internal specifications.
- Identify, develop, support and deliver product strategies, policies and process improvements which meet business needs, that are innovative and deliver sustainable revenue and benefits.
- SAAS experience.
- Ideally Finance Experience.
- Experience of working in a project-oriented environment, with high delivery expectations.
