Our client is a recently acquired financial technology business who is currently taking the factoring and invoicing market by storm. You will drive forward products by building a roadmap (including compliance); appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.
Product Managers are responsible for defining product vision and driving insights-led product development and management across the full lifecycle of each product for which they are responsible. Working closely with cross-functional colleagues in Technology & Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Commercial to ensure a strong ROI and great customer experience across their product portfolio.
- Identify, develop and deliver product strategies, policies and process improvements which meet business needs, that are innovative and deliver sustainable revenue and benefits.
- P&L responsibility for product/solution to deliver strategy and objectives.
- Build a product roadmap (including compliance) for new products and maintain roadmaps for existing products with regular reviews to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness, including but not limited to recommending product lines by reviewing product proposition, specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.
- Generate product proposition, user stories/value drivers to commercial and tech requirements; monitor and track performance of product/launch.
- Conduct training workshops to install department champions (train the trainer).
- Scope: Salesforce/Service Cloud, Financial Force and internal business process configuration needs.
As the Product Manager you will have:
- Experience as a product lead or manager.
- Strong product management and business analysis experience with the demonstrable ability to solve complex business problems by using information technology and business intelligence software.
- SAAS experience.
- Experience of working in a project-oriented environment, with high delivery expectations.
