Leading London-based trading firm has an outstanding opportunity for a Junior Quant to join their low latency trading team. Our client is a quant prop trading and market-making business specialising in CFDs.
As a Junior Quant Analyst you will:
- Work closely with the Head of Trading and the Quant Team and assist in the design and development of new trading algorithms
- Help engineer a new greenfield low latency trading platform from a quant standpoint
- Work on connectivity to Financial Exchanges
- Client Trading Support
- Improve/maintain existing strategies
- Work with traders, understand requirements for new applications and strategies to develop and also resolve issues if any
- Work with existing Quant Analysts and Developers to solve complex problems
- Assist with project work
