We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level End User Computing Technician to join the dynamic End User Computing team.
This team is responsible for managing all technology used directly by employees, including Windows and Linux desktops, server infrastructure, audio-visual systems, and a range of enterprise applications.
Key
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to staff in their use of technology.
Assist with onboarding new starters, handling role changes, and managing offboarding processes.
Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software across the offices.
Support audio-visual systems, printing services, and facilities management.
Troubleshoot and debug issues with usersβ enterprise applications.
Collaborate with third-party vendors during the installation of new systems.
Participate in a weekend on-call rotation as needed.
