Quant Capital is urgently looking for a junior PMO to join our high profile trading software company. You will be part of a business with the experience and expertise to build and remediate low latency solutions for investment banks, hedge funds, exchanges and asset managers. It brings together key partners and technical leadership. We are looking to recruit an individual to join the PMO function. The individual will report to the Programme Manager and assist with a range of activities. This is a data driven, capital markets focused RegTech business.
The PMO will:
- Plan, monitor and deliver small projects
- Check that documented procedures that are externally audited are being followed
- Track actions and internal reporting
- Manage JIRA and assist with project management of the agreed workflow
- Manage and host webinars
- Produce various project management and other statistics as directed by the PMO
- Ensure the website is kept up to date
The PM will be involved from Day 1 in a major cross bank trading data and delivery project focused on fixed income trading. The PM will ideally have a background in Trading Technology or an understanding of trading cross asset. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to take on responsibilities from day one and deal with key stakeholders from a Tier 1 banking environment. Experience in this field may be a distinct advantage for this role.
Project Managers should have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an IT Finance vendor / consultancy / bank as a PMO
- Experience in planning, monitoring and delivering small projects
- Experience in checking that documented procedures that are externally audited are being followed
- Experience in action tracking and internal reporting
- Experience in JIRA management and assisting with project management of the agreed workflow
- Experience in managing and hosting webinars
- Experience in producing various project management and other statistics as directed by the PMO
- Experience in ensuring the website is kept up to date
