Junior Frontend Developer – Fintech35,000 + benefits Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Frontend Developer to join our high profile client.

Our client is a brand new investment big social data business.

They have created a market leading product in the quantitative asset management market.

They combine Big Data Quantitative research with market changing ideas.

The frontend developer will be responsible for all of the UI and frontend of the platform.

The Developer will be able to shape this greenfield platform as they like.

This role will involve some backend but mostly frontend development of the GUI and Data display for the Quant Team.

Current Stack is Javascript with Frameworks with Raw HTML5 CSS3 and Python at the back end.

This innovative start-up is pioneering a new concept for the financial markets.

The most important part of their product will be the enterprise-grade technology platform.

This is a unique green field development opportunity that will allow you to play a part in shaping the future of finance and be rewarded accordingly.

Development is agile and fast paced.

As requirements evolve you will leverage the best of the open source community, sometimes substituting your own solutions where greater performance is needed.

You will be encouraged to evangelise and prototype new technologies and through doing so you will help shape the architecture.

Have: A degree in computer science or 1-2 years of frontend development UI experience A keen interest in data visualization, interaction design and information architecture.

A comfortable level of understanding of HTML/CSSSome exposure to Javascript be that Angular Bootstrap or React Independent thinking, eagerness and desire to learn and experiment, as well as the ability to articulate thought processes and build on ideas.
