Junior Analyst Developer Fintech Java SQL40,000London or Birmingham Quant Capital is urgently looking for an Analyst Developer to join our high profile client.

Our client is a well-known a global financial technology firm which specialises in the design and development of software in the Asset Management Industry.

The successful Analyst Developer will be serving some of the biggest name clients in the financial sector, therefore commitment and attention to detail is essential.

There will be opportunities for client site visits and client engagement, hence excellent communication skills are necessary.

They will have good problem-solving skills and will work in a team environment, on a wide variety of business & technical issues.

Day to Day the Analyst Developer will: Software Development Review and analysis of client specifications Estimation and production of development proposals Building new software in line with client specifications Performing solution testing to ensure system integrity Servicing defect management activities Working within a Scrum team.

The role requires the candidate to work independently, and is collaborative in nature.

The candidate should be adept at problem solving through innovation, and have a proven track record on successfully overseeing a number of projects of differing scales.

These could be personal or in business.

Analyst Developers must have: Commercial Software Development Experience HTML/Java Script/SQL/JSP/Web Services (SOAP)Previous experience with automated software testing tools would be an advantage.
