Java Technical Architect – Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Web Get Banking Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Java Technical Architect to join our high profile client.
Our client is a well known financial software house within the wealth management and trading platform space.
The Java Technical Architect will be responsible for product development and client projects through in depth knowledge of the new applications, code development, system design, operating system design and software applications.
You will be working with major funds and smaller banks creating proprietary trading applications so we are looking for bright entrepreneurial coders with opensource skills not just a few ticks in boxes.
We expect candidates to be true technologists happy to show off their skills and evangelize.
On a day to day basis the Java Technical Architect will: Systems analysis and design Application program design and development Data conversion and implementation Implementation of new functionality within a greenfield product set.
This role is a perfect stepping stone to custom architecture in the financial services space.
Java Technical Architects must have: Degree from a top tier establishment in the EUProven experience in developing Java or J2EEHibernate Spring Hibernate SQLIdeally GWTWindows and Linux Development Ideally Maven and No SQLScripting Data processing Good knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, XML and associated processing technologies.
Experience in Object Oriented design environment This is a unique opportunity for someone to expand further into financial technology.
