Infrastructure Engineer (NICE / Zoom) 60000-80000Quant is urgently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with Nice and Zoom experience to join our high profile client.They are currently building a greenfield trading platform based in equities.You will be responsible for the technical design, planning, and implementation of advanced Zoom Cloud solutions (UCaaS), including the design and deployment of NICE CXOne Contact Centre.Your responsibilities will include teaching, deploying, managing, and supporting all aspects of the Voice and Video infrastructure used across the globe.The environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions. Voice and Video ArchitectureZoom cloud (UCaaS) telephony and videoNICE CXOne cloud Contact CentreConfiguration, coordination, troubleshooting, and deployment of video conference systemsAbility to gather and troubleshoot issues using log files and network tracesStrong knowledge of SIP, including CUBE/SBCWork with other IT teams, including Security, Network, and Systems engineers, in planning and designing voice and video infrastructure and deploymentsParticipate in client discussions during all phases of developmentProvide direction for Technology Operations teams on current and emerging technologiesRecommend technical standards that include future proposed standards requiringLiaise with customers and vendorsProvide third-level support to IT teamsProvide necessary training and instructions to IT staffWork with ServiceNow managing tickets, completing operational and project-based changesPrepare capacity plans for network, bandwidth utilization, security, and growth or changePrepare capacity plans for Expressways, PRI, bandwidth utilization, security, and growth or changeAssist business units in technology planningEvaluate current and emerging technologies and introduce technical solutions that address business and technical issuesContribute to the Technology Road Map planningParticipate as a team member or work package leader on projects involving all voice, video, and infrastructure changes or projectsContribute to the development and assignment of project budgetsContribute to the planning, installation, and upgrade of network and security platformsInfrastructure Engineers MUST have:Operational and troubleshooting experience with Cisco UCM, UCCx, and Expressway, including WebEx supportRelevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or VMware VCP (preferred).Expert experience with Voice and Video platforms.Experience with Zoom phone and video provisioning and UCaaS solutions.Experience with ServiceNow.Familiarity with network design (Servers, Firewalls, Protocols, Topologies), TCP/IP protocol suite, ARP, routing, VRF, switching, spanning-tree, network security, QoS, DHCP, DNS, etc., Understanding of Telephony and Video protocols is mandatory, including voice and video signalling, audio codecs, SIP, PRI/BRI, multicast.In our informal technology team office, we offer a quiet, friendly environment with break-out rooms for planning and discussion.The client offers a bonus to all employees as a result of performance from day 1.
