Implementation Consultant Capital Markets Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Principal Implementation Consultant to join our high profile client.

Our client provides data management platforms to the securities and investment management industry.

They have offices across the globe and are the have the number one product for the investment industry.

Technically the platform offers complex superior data management.

The implementation consultant will have functional lead responsibility throughout a project implementation lifecycle.

He/she will need to interface with the client and demonstrate high level of business competency and be adept at leveraging his/her experience to manage client expectations and ensure successful implementation of my Clients software.

As a principal you will run projects.

The next step up is towards country management or senior level professional services.

Product knowledge can be picked up quite quickly so we are looking for bright individuals.

The product is based in major banks and funds so expect to meet a number of interesting people as well as be working with a product that is technically complex and in the forefront of people’s minds due to regulatory change.

The role requires the candidate to work independently, and is collaborative in nature.

A key aspect of the role is to provide regular feedback to the Project Manager on the status of assignments deliverables.

The candidate should be adept at problem solving through innovation, making confident decisions under pressure with aggressive timeframes and have a proven track record on successfully overseeing a number of projects of differing scales.

Candidates must have: BSc or Msc in it, economics, Maths, finance Experience of Software implementation Strong understanding of capital markets Experience working for a software Vendor in the financial market Background in Financial Software such as Reutter Bloomberg, Markit, Goldensource, or SIXClient facing experience Basic SQL Scripting2 years commercial experience Understanding of data This role suits someone from a software consulting or implementation background that is looking to take on serious responsibility.

You need to have experience of implementation and working with vendors but will be rewarded by a relaxed yet serious business with a great and well known team as well as several options for promotion quickly in several directions.
