Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Junior Middle Office Analyst to join our well-known Fintech client. The firm is a well-known global broker dealer. Products offered include foreign exchange, derivatives, trading in physical precious metals, futures and options trading, and international equities execution through our memberships and participation in the Toronto Stock Exchange (TMX) and the Australia Securities Exchange (ASX).
Reporting to the Head of Prime Services, the position requires the individual to provide support for several key areas across the Margin FX and CFD business, including Technology, Risk and Prime Brokerage.
Key Responsibilities
- Front office trading platform management and support
- Escalation point for platform queries and issues
- Risk and technology onboarding for new clients
- Monitoring for out trades and bad fills
- Manage client facing technology setups
- Monitor and reconcile risk limits for clients, liquidity providers and prime brokers
- Awareness of market risk events
- Market stress testing
- Assist with management of Prime Broker relationship, projects and onboarding pipeline
- Project work

- Very good Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
