Data Migration Analyst Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Data Migration Analyst to join our high profile client.
Our client is a current member of the fintech50 and proud to be known as best in disruptive wealth management technology.
It is a truly cutting edge tech firm with 100 people and a dev team of 25.
The atmosphere is casual with a start-up feel although the business is the world’s largest dedicated wealth tech business (in terms of tech and market share).
The Data Migration Analyst will be responsible for liaising with clients, project manage and undertake the implementation and configuration by clients main product.
Ideally the candidate will have some experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst in Financial Services and must have strong SQL / Excel / VBA and will need to be big on attention to detail.
This role is a client facing role, therefore the candidate will need to have good communication skills and experience in dealing with clients directly.
Undertake responsibility for tracking, monitoring and resourcing the data extraction tool, data migration process and their functions Work with the On-boarding Team throughout the implementation process ensuring configuration requirements are fully captured and configured in preparation for the client’s Go-Live date Work with Sales Team and assist with the acquisition of new accounts Work with the On-boarding Team to ensure data migration requirements are fully captured and understood, helping with the cleansing of client data when required Work with Account Management Team keeping them abreast of new acquisitions Liaise with Service Delivery to ensure all scripts used are current and fulfil requirements for Data Migrations and Implementations Research and undertake necessary business analysis to help with the design and creation of new data extracts and data import services Creation of SQL scripts to assist with further data cleansing The role offers both the ability to work technically as well as work with the leadership team in shaping how the business uses data from its clients and the market.
Graduate Data Analysts must have: Proven experience in technology Experience of Business Analysis SQLExcel VBAStrong A levels1st or 2:1 Degree in a Business / Computing / Maths or Economicsbased subject This is a unique opportunity for someone to expand further into financial technology.
