This is a role for techies, those who are motivated by the sharp end of technology and the possibility of making serious money doing something you are passionate about.
NET applications for all areas of the business, notably Front Office and Risk.
Liaising with Traders, Quants and DB developers making improvements to existing applications.
Create technical design recommendations for developing and integrating programs perwritten and verbal specifications.
Dealing with ad-hoc requests and fixing bugs encountered by users.
You will be developing systems which will be used by Risk, Mid-Office and Trading departments in a fast moving trading environment.
The systems you build will require your skills in multithreading, concurrency, performance profiling and optimization.
With direct access to end users, you will see your results in production and get immediate feedback.
You will be part of an agile team and you will get a chance to work with the latest technologies on the latest applications and learn from highly educated and experienced colleagues.
