Application Support Engineer Fintech 50,000 Plus Bonus Quant Capital is urgently looking for an Application Support Engineer to join or high profile client.

Our client is the world’s leading investment data platform with a major background in fund accounting and financial data.

On a day to day basis the Technical Consultant will:• Application Support Analysts are responsible for all clients/products post-implementation.

  • Acting as a technical escalation resource for issues with software solutions
  • Resolving client issues with software solutions in a timely manner
  • Communicating progress on issues to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Client calling
  • Identify and define both process and data improvements.

In exchange we offer training across fund data, prince 2 certification as well as exposure to massive implementations and serious responsibility from day 1.

Application Support Engineers must have: 2:1 degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline. 3 years commercial experience min.

Working knowledge of scripting and querying in RDBMS OLTP or OLAP data stores such as SQL Server.

Basic Windows Server administration and troubleshooting Crystal reports or other reporting solutions One or more programming languages preferred (C#, VB, JS, etc.) High creativity with the ability to solve complex technical problems This role suits someone from a technology or consulting background who is looking to take on serious responsibility.

You will also have to sign an NDA due to the close proximity you have to funds very important IP.

The business offers serious training for anyone who joins.
