CTO Quant Fund Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join our high profile client.
My client is a growing crypto and equities fund.
They currently run a small portfolio but moving into a second raise shortly.
They like technology especially the opensource variety as well as scalability and robust performance (much like their track record).
They currently run around 2 million in liquid capital.
The CTO will work in close collaboration with the CEO, CIO, research teams to architect, implement and analyse new automated electronic trading algorithms.
The CTO will play a key role in building and engineering the Firm’s infrastructure to support new and existing lines of business.
In addition, the CTO will expand the Firm’s proprietary research platform to support new exchanges, products and functionality.
The role reports to the CEO and has Board facing responsibility.
CTO’s should have a background in
- Experience in a Quant Trading Fund or Prop Shop at a senior level.
- Educational level of a high achiever
- Experience of trading vendors
- Experience of exchange connectivity
- An understanding of building a new fund
- Experience of reporting software This is a unique opportunity for a CTO to take ownership of a technical and product roadmap with big plans.
