Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Business Analyst to join our high profile client. Our client is a global trading platform software business. Its products are used globally by most asset managers and pension funds. They are well known in the fintech space and have offices globally. You will be part of a team of 20 in the technical consulting space.
This is a challenging role with responsibilities that include:
- Understanding client requirements
- Facilitating business and technology workshops
- Mapping requirements to the existing technical capabilities of the product
- Providing solution(s) for any gaps in functionality
- Undertaking development to deliver functionalities (when required)
We are on the lookout for experienced Senior Business Analysts to join our Solutions team! You will be responsible for leading quality analysis and determining business requirements to develop system specification and functional designs for the development of business solutions software.
Engaging with clients (internal and external) to identify and accurately document business objectives and requirements:
- Writing BA deliverables (including and not limited to scoping, business requirements, use cases, features and software requirements) to ensure requirements map back to business objectives. This covers the entire project lifecycle, through to the client’s acceptance into production.
- Liaising and working closely with the Project Team (Developer, Tester, Implementation, Documentation and Training) to ensure accurate mapping to business requirements, test coverage, implementation, documentation and training requirements are met.
Business Analysts must have:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Financial services
- Proven experience as a Senior BA in a large-scale project
- Expertise in Pension and Wrap systems in the UK market
- Detailed knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
