Account Manager Funds Vendor Quant Capital is urgently looking for an Account Manager to join our high profile client.
Our client is a well known financial software house within the wealth management and fund management space.
They are in the fintech 100 and completely driven by technology.
The successful candidate reporting into the Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for all day to day relationship activities of their assigned clients.
This will include contract and SLA management and identifying opportunities for growth.
In line with our Customer Service Principles the candidate will work closely with the account management team driving the service we deliver both internally and externally.
The role will require travel to client sites in the UK on a regular basis.
I am looking for bright account managers from either fund ops or vendor side with experience of a range of asset classes and experience across funds or wealth management systems.
Account Managers must: 1 years experience in Fund Operations or Vendor Account Management (we will consider other experience)Ideally experience managing relationships with key stakeholders with financial clients.
Ability to take on challenging client issues and situations and bring them to a mutually agreeable solution.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with proven experience of project or client relationship management and associated reporting Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills related to implementation of middle or back office systems or fund operations.
Ability to communicate ideas, solutions and problems with others.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Have a basic understanding of the typical system development lifecycles release planning.
Demonstrate an excellent ability to work independently when required but also to work as a member of a team and to lead a team.
Ability to understand technical change and translate this for business use Flexible work approach.
