As the senior sales leader for the business, the Head of Sales combines strategic commercial leadership with hands-on customer and market engagement.

The position leads key account development, new business generation, sales forecasting, pricing strategy, pipeline management and commercial planning while developing strong relationships with customers, distributors, contractors, architects, specifiers and other industry partners.

  • Maintain direct relationships with strategically important customers and channel partners while developing account plans for major customers and growth accounts.

What You Bring

  • ·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience in progressive sales and commercial experience with experience leading and developing sales professionals.
  • Experience within building products, construction products, architectural products, manufacturing, or a related B2B environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience with pricing, commercial negotiations, forecasting and margin management required.
