Quanex is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our HR team. You will act as the main contact for HR queries, providing expert advice to managers and staff across the business.

You will support employee relations casework, policy implementation and HR data reporting with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with the HR Business Partner and wider team to deliver people strategies, learning and wellbeing initiatives, while ensuring GDPR compliance within the HRIS.
