Electrical Engineering Apprentice to join our team and gain hands‑on experience while working towards a recognised engineering qualification.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced engineers, develop valuable technical skills and play a key role in maintaining and improving our electrical systems and equipment.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and machinery.
  • Support planned preventative maintenance activities.
  • Help diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
  • Learn how to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
  • Carry out routine inspections and testing under supervision.
  • Follow health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
  • Develop practical engineering skills while studying towards your apprenticeship qualification.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths, English and Science at Grade 4/C or above (or be predicted to achieve these).
  • A genuine interest in electrical engineering or manufacturing.
