Quanex is seeking a Production Operative at our Henlow site, responsible for manufacturing weather seals and ensuring quality control. The position requires ability to work on a rotating schedule including shifts from 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, and 10pm to 6am.
Ideal candidates should have experience in manufacturing, understand KPI targets, and be committed to safety and quality standards.
