Summary
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Lead to take ownership of maintenance activities across our Wolverhampton site. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, contractor management, and minimising downtime while ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained.

What Success Looks Like:
· Coordinate and maintain all site maintenance activities, including external contractors.
· Manage and maintain the MaintainX maintenance management system.
· Assign, prioritise and monitor maintenance work orders.
· Deliver planned preventative maintenance programmes effectively.
· Diagnose equipment failures and coordinate timely repairs.
· Support equipment installations, commissioning and upgrades.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
· Manage spare parts inventory and supplier relationships.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
· Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimise downtime and improve reliability.
What You Bring:
· Proven experience in planned and reactive maintenance within a manufacturing, production, or process environment.
· Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Team Leader, or a strong maintenance professional ready to step into a leadership role.
· Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with either an electrical or mechanical bias.
· 17th edition or NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, equivalent qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
