What Success Looks Like:
· Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
· Match invoices against purchase orders and obtain required approvals.
· Resolve supplier, invoice and credit queries in a timely manner.
· Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
· Support weekly and monthly payment runs.
· Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely invoice approvals.
· Perform daily bank reconciliations.
· Allocate payments accurately across customer and supplier accounts.
· Prepare customer credit notes following appropriate authorisation.
· Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial records.
What You Bring:
· Previous experience in a finance administration role, ideally within Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
· Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
· GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above.
· Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Experience within a manufacturing environment would be desirable.
