Job Title: AI Solutions Analyst (Full Time)

Remote / Hybrid: Primarily remote w/ some London office days and visits to Customer site each month

Salary Range: £55-70K depending on experience, plus benefits

Role

We are looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to help deliver AI-powered solutions for our customers. This role combines business analysis, AI prompt engineering, and testing/quality assurance. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design effective AI prompts and workflows, and ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document customer requirements
• Translate business needs into AI prompts and workflows
• Test and validate AI outputs against requirements
• Identify issues, edge cases, and improvement opportunities
• Work with internal teams to refine and improve AI solutions
• Support successful customer delivery and adoption

Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
• Ability to assess AI-generated outputs critically and accurately
• Experience in business analysis, QA/testing and solution delivery
• Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Desirable

• Experience with prompt engineering
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
• Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations
