We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with key experience within Local Government. £35 per hour inside IR35 via an umbrella company 3 months Onsite - Crewe or Macceslfield (opportunity fto work from home occationally) 9-5pm * The role will be to support current HRBP’s whilst our client are undertaking transformation work, so business as usual, you may be required to support in all areas of the authority, so a general Local Authority knowledge would be key. * Experience of Local Authority HR . * Advanced knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes and related professional practices, employment law, case law, organisational design principles, change management, local government conditions of service and pensions etc * HR legislations - HR regulations and rules * Relevant degree or equivalent Member of CIPD (MCIPD)
