The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

An opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join our team dealing with a range of Civil Litigation working closely with our Litigation Partner Mark Newby. The position offers experience in a range of work which includes:

  • Boundary Claims
  • Company and Commercial Litigation
  • Debt Recovery Work
  • Inquest Work
  • Judicial Review Work
  • Landlord & Tenant Work
  • Probate Disputes
  • Professional Negligence Cases
  • Property Cases
  • Tolata Claims

Whilst this role is a Dispute Resolution appointment, we also work in the field of Family Work and Criminal Law which may offer some linked litigation work and experience. We have consistent experience in acting in complex and high profile cases both locally and nationally including all levels up to and including the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights.

We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to make a career as a litigator. You will be:

  • Confident and able to encourage debtors by telephone to make payments or act as a strong advocate for our clients
  • Focussed and determined to build your career
  • Have excellent IT skills
