Our products serve critical industries such as food, beverage, and pharmaceutical packaging, where performance, safety, and innovation are paramount. We are expanding our footprint in the UK and are looking for a dynamic sales professional to grow our technical films division.
This is a commission-based role. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Agent to represent our portfolio of plastic films and high barrier film solutions in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background in packaging films, with an established network and a proven ability to drive business growth. This role offers the opportunity to be a key player in QualityFoil’s strategic expansion across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of our plastic film and high barrier film product lines within the UK market, focusing on the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical packaging sectors.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide expert technical support, product information, and customized solutions to clients.
- Collaborate closely with our internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop targeted strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor movements to position QualityFoil effectively and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Consistently meet and exceed agreed sales targets and performance objectives within the assigned territory.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with significant experience in the packaging industry, specifically in plastic films and/or high barrier materials.
- Deep understanding of the UK packaging market, including established contacts and knowledge of key industry players.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to discuss product specifications, applications, and value propositions effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage a regional territory.
- Fluency in English is essential.
