The DCIM Delivery Senior Manager is a senior technical leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery, quality, and performance of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) systems across the portfolio. This role ensures BMS, EPMS, PLC, and SCADA platforms are delivered in alignment with enterprise standards, operational requirements, and construction schedules. This position functions as a working manager, combining hands-on technical execution with team leadership, partner governance, and program accountability. The role serves as the owner’s authority for controls delivery, bridging design, integration, and field execution to ensure consistent, scalable results across all projects.

What You Will Do: (Job Responsibilities)

  • Own DCIM delivery across multiple projects from design through commissioning and turnover
  • Serve as escalation point for controls issues and drive resolution
  • Lead and develop CBQE and engineering teams with clear performance expectations
  • Define and track KPIs for delivery, quality, and partner performance
  • Act as technical authority for BMS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA systems
  • Ensure alignment with Basis of Design and sequences of operation
  • Review and approve architectures, P&IDs, and control narratives
  • Drive standardization of naming, alarms, and data structures
  • Lead system integrator (CSI/DSI) selection, onboarding, and management
  • Oversee partner performance across design, FAT, install, and commissioning
  • Conduct performance reviews and enforce contract standards
  • Oversee field execution including inspections, testing, commissioning
  • Validate performance of graphics, alarms, PLC logic, SCADA
  • Ensure quality, commissioning readiness, and issue closure
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across construction, engineering, procurement, IT
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and align teams on risk and delivery
  • Support SOW, RFP, and vendor evaluation processes
  • Identify and mitigate risks in architecture, integration, and delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement including digital twin and alarm optimization
  • Use data to improve timelines and delivery predictability
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and sequence validation
  • Mentor engineers and partners
  • Support critical project phases directly
  • Frequent travel to construction sites with expectation for travel time at 40–60% depending on project phase

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in controls, DCIM, or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Experience leading teams and complex delivery programs.
  • Expertise in BMS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA systems.
  • Experience with industrial protocols (BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, OPC).
  • Experience managing system integrators and construction-phase delivery.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Ignition, Aveva, Rockwell platforms.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CAP.
  • Experience with Procore, ACC Build, commissioning tools.
  • Knowledge of data center mechanical and electrical systems.
