Are you a Test Engineer with experience working on medical device products? Do you have knowledge of both software and hardware testing? Join a growing medical device development company as a Test Quality Assurance Engineer based in Walsall. In this role you will design, implement, and execute test procedures for software and hardware on our medical device products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with the design team to understand product details (e.g., intended use, requirements, software and hardware design).
- Develop test strategies.
- Create test plans and test cases for both software and hardware.
- Analyze opportunities and implement automated testing.
- Report product quality issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
- Ensure all tests and procedures comply with the company’s Quality Management System and regulatory standards.
- Prepare test reports for regulatory submission.
Compensation & Benefits
Full time permanent position based in Walsall with an annual salary of £30,000-£35,000, 23 days holidays plus bank holidays, Insights Bonus scheme, cycle to work scheme, life insurance, and more.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical).
