Customer Service Coordinator Opportunity – Oxford. This role is the first point of contact within the Compounding Customer Services team for internal and external customers. You will deliver an outstanding level of customer service by assisting the team with tasks including drug order processing, reviewing and scheduling orders, responding to customer queries, and general office activities and invoicing.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer drug orders.
  • Input data and update information with high attention to detail.
  • Accurately review data entry orders.
  • Allocate and schedule work to the correct location.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal departments and customers via phone and email.
  • Build internal and external relationships.
  • Book couriers for product shipping.
  • File and archive information.
  • Manage stock as required.

Contract Details

  • 12-month contract based in Oxford.
  • Hourly PAYE rate of £13.40.
  • Possible extension or permanent placement depending on performance.
  • Working hours: choose 7.00 am – 3.00 pm or 8.00 am – 4.00 pm, with flexibility to work 10.00 am – 6.00 pm as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar Customer Service role dealing directly with customers on the phone and via data entry and administration.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
