Are you an experienced Cook looking for work within a Care Home setting in the Mansfield area? You will be working in a residential care home that accommodates up to 25 elderly residents.
You will be:
- Preparing menu items using fresh and locally sourced ingredients
- Catering for special dietary requirements, such as modified texture needs, religious preferences, fortification, and diabetes
- Ensuring that the principles of food safety are always observed (inc. temperature records, date labelling etc)
- Ensuring that the kitchen is always kept clean and tidy

Experience & Qualifications
