We currently have opportunities based at our Leicester office and invite applications from experienced Recruitment Consultants - particularly those with expertise in logistics, warehousing, or healthcare sectors. Additionally, we welcome applications from professionals who can demonstrate success in a B2B environment, specialising in Sales or Customer Service/Account Handling.
THE ROLE:
- Account Management - Developing strong relationships with all clients
- Providing unrivalled levels of customer service.
- Communicating with customers regularly - creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.
- Recruitment - Proactively sourcing new candidates using a variety of different methods
- Managing applications, ensuring that they comply with legislative guidelines
- Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants
- Business Development - Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients
- Securing new business using various Business Development techniques
THE BENEFITS:
- We offer a starting basic salary of Β£27,500 to Β£32,000 dependent upon experience

YOUR SKILLS:
- Proven experience in a Recruitment, B2B Sales or B2B Customer service
- Resilience and adaptability

You will also require a full UK driving licence and access to transport in order to visit clients. You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in our out of hours on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.
