You will be working for a specialist waste management company, established over 40 years ago, serving Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster and the surrounding areas, which aims to offer a one-stop shop for all waste disposal needs. They are now looking to recruit Class 2 Tipper Drivers to work out of their Rotherham distribution centre.
Duties will include driving a tipper vehicle transporting top soil from one site to another. All drivers will be expected to carry out vehicle checks prior to deliveries and complete all paperwork in line with company guidelines.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- HGV Class 2 Licence
- Digital tacho card
- A full UK CPC
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Licence held for a minimum of 1 year
This is a full-time ongoing position with temp-to-perm opportunities also available. Working hours are Monday to Friday with start times at 0600 each day. Average shift length is 10 hours per day. Pay for this role is £15.45-£17.30 per hour Monday to Friday.
