We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Part‑Time Administrator to join our team. Previous experience within logistics or transport administration would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties
  • Supporting logistics/transport operations
  • Handling emails and phone enquiries
  • Updating records and schedules
  • Assisting with paperwork and coordination tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience
  • Logistics or transport industry experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and email system

This is a temporary role with ongoing work available for the right candidate.

Working Hours (provisional)

  • Wednesday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
  • Thursday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Please note these hours are still to be confirmed and may be subject to slight adjustment. £13.00 per hour, weekly pay. Holiday accrual of up to 28 days pro rata. Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorships.
