Great opportunity for Support Workers looking for flexible night shifts. We have an exciting opportunity for hardworking and friendly Support Workers to join the team in a great Sherwood based support unit. Up to 8 residents receive personalised support for autism and learning disabilities, with activities tailored to promoting independence and development.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside residents in daily activities and provide mobility support where necessary, as well as domestic duties and condition update reports.
- Previous support experience is essential due to the nature of the role, which may involve behaviour that challenges.

Qualifications:
- 3 months experience within a similar care environment.
- Checkable work history.
- Up to date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control (online training available if certs are not up to date).
- In date enhanced DBS check (if expired, assistance available to arrange a new one).
Shift and Pay:
- Flexible night shifts available from Monday to Sunday, at 22:00 to 08:00. You can choose the days that suit you!
- Rate of pay for this role: £12.21 per hour.
