The Role
- Developing trusted partnerships with clients
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing account support
- Providing recruitment market insight and workforce planning advice
- Resolving operational issues quickly and professionally
- Maximising opportunities within existing accounts
- Sourcing and attracting candidates
- Managing applications in line with current legislation and compliance standards
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
- Promoting vacancies across social media and recruitment platforms
- Building lasting relationships with candidates to support their longterm careers
About You

- Previous experience in a similar recruitment role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to development

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative, team-focused attitude

You will also need a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport, as regular client visits form part of the role.
Working Hours
This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday, at our Nottingham office. You'll also participate in our out-of-hours on-call rota, ensuring we continue to deliver the exceptional level of customer service our clients have come to expect.
