Ideal role for support workers looking for ongoing weekly work. Do you have a passion for helping people to become more independent and to have more choice and control? Can you offer positive and empowering support for adults and young people with Autism? We are seeking experienced support workers to join our agency and work alongside a dedicated team of care professionals with an Autism Support unit in Carlton, Nottingham.

For this role, you will need to have great communication skills, bring passion and enthusiasm to the role, and be confident in making a difference to people’s lives. Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment in the UK
  • A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one
  • All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these
  • A passion to make a difference

This is an ongoing role for ad-hoc sickness and holiday shift cover. We have a range of shifts available over the weekend to suit you!

Shift Times:

  • Early 07:30-15:30
  • Late 14:30-22:00
  • Long Day 07:30-22:00
  • Night 22:00-07:30

You can choose the weekends you’d like to work and the shift pattern that suits you best. The rate of pay for this role is £12.21 per hour.
