Perfect role for Care Assistants looking for immediate start opportunities with weekday nights available. You will be working closely with a preexisting team, making sure residents are met with the required care and support they need.
Additional Duties
- Personalised Care: Follow and support each resident’s personalized care plan, providing hands‑on help and thoughtful attention to their individual needs.
- Health and Wellbeing: Keep a close eye on residents’ health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, and helping with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals.
- Champion Dignity: Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued, respected and cared for.
- Social Support: Encourage social interactions among residents and with staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- Safety and Comfort: Work with housekeepers to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces, and respond quickly to emergencies or call bells.
- Nutritional Support: Assist residents who need extra help with eating and drinking, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.

Requirements for Consideration
- You must have previous experience within a similar care environment within the UK.
- Have a referenceable work history.
- Have up to date mandatory training documents, including Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. If you do not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee.
- Have an in‑date enhanced DBS check. If your DBS has expired, we can arrange a new one for you.
- We do not offer visa sponsorships.
This is an ongoing opportunity. Your typical hours will start at 22.00 and finish at 07.00 the next morning, Monday to Friday. You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.55, with up to 28 accrued holiday pay starting from your first shift.
