Are you a night owl? We are looking for experienced care assistants to cover waking nights in the NG8 area! Within this role you will be supporting a single male service user with their complex care needs within their own home alongside a second carer.

Duties include:

  • Administering personal care
  • Maintaining health and safety standards
  • General housekeeping and domestic duties
  • Reporting condition updates and recording fluid intakes
  • Helping the service user remain as independent as possible and catering to their likes and dislikes
  • Assisting with daily living activities including morning and night-time routines
  • Working alongside another carer to provide a complex care package tailored to individual needs

Requirements for this position:

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service
  • Up to date mandatory training certificates
  • Full up-to-date CV
  • A referenceable work history within Care
  • A minimum of 3 months of UK based, paid work experience

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

This role offers flexible work on an ongoing basis. You will be working from 19:00 to 07:00 on required days between Monday to Friday. You will be paid £13.00 per hour.
