We are recruiting for a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse operation in Castle Donington. This is a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor role where you will be responsible for overseeing a small warehouse team, ensuring goods are loaded, unloaded and prepared efficiently for the day shift operation.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to lead by example within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Supervising a small team of warehouse operatives during the night shift in Castle Donington
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Breaking down pallets and preparing stock for the day shift operation
- Conducting shift handovers and communicating key information to the day team
- Ensuring warehouse processes are followed correctly
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Valid PPT Licence
- Clamp Truck and/or Flexi Truck licences would be advantageous
- Good IT skills
