We are recruiting for a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse operation in Castle Donington. This is a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor role where you will be responsible for overseeing a small warehouse team, ensuring goods are loaded, unloaded and prepared efficiently for the day shift operation.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to lead by example within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Supervising a small team of warehouse operatives during the night shift in Castle Donington
  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Breaking down pallets and preparing stock for the day shift operation
  • Conducting shift handovers and communicating key information to the day team
  • Ensuring warehouse processes are followed correctly
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
  • Valid PPT Licence
  • Clamp Truck and/or Flexi Truck licences would be advantageous
  • Good IT skills
