Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking to pick up some extra hours around your current role? We have an opportunity to pick up hours in a purpose built care centre in Hucknall. Staff at the home welcome up to 50 residents for both permanent and short-term care, regularly assessing their care needs to produce the very best care programs.
You will be joining the team, helping staff by keeping residents company throughout the day, and providing personal care to maintain their comfort. You will also be responsible for filling in condition update reports, and light cleaning and household duties. If you are motivated by making a difference, then we would love to hear from you!
To apply for this role you must:
- Have 3 months experience within a similar care environment
- Have a checkable work history
- Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training.
- Have an in date enhanced DBS check. Should your DBS have expired we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
This is an ongoing role. Flexible day shifts ongoing from 22:00 to 06:00, from Monday to Sunday. The rate of pay is: £13.00 per hour (Mon-Fri).
