IMMEDIATE START - TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking a full-time on-site Pressbrake Operator located in the Nottingham/Mansfield Area. The role involves operating and maintaining the CNC Press Brake machine to fabricate metal components with precision. Daily tasks include:

  • Interpreting technical drawings
  • Setting up and calibrating machinery
  • Inspecting finished parts for quality
  • Ensuring adherence to safety standards

The operator will collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the operation and setup of CNC Press Brake machines
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
  • Experience in metal fabrication and knowledge of different material properties (e.g., stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, copper, and brass)
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
  • Understanding of workplace safety standards and best practices
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Willingness to work on-site in the Nottingham Area.

Role Details:

This is a temp to perm role. You will be working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00. You will be paid £13.00 per hour PAYE and accrue 28 days holiday pro rata. We do not offer visa sponsorships.
