We have ongoing work opportunities available for Care Assistants in lovely homes based in the Sutton-in-Ashfield area. Working for our agency, you will be able to pick and choose the days you wish to work. Whether you're a day worker, night worker, weekend worker or a mixture of all three – we have shifts to cater for your requirements.
As a Care Assistant you will be tasked with assisting the elderly residents through their day-to-day routines, aiding mobility, hygiene and nutritional requirements. Many residents suffer from age related illnesses such as dementia, therefore supporting their physical and psychological wellbeing is of utmost importance.
To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Have a referenceable work history
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this with training available online at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
This is an ongoing position. You will be working from 07:00 to 14:30 with hours available between Monday to Sunday. The rate of pay for this role is £12.85 per hour.
