Starting wage £145 per day. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Tipper Driver to operate out of the South Lincoln area. This role involves the safe and efficient transportation of aggregates to various sites, ensuring high standards of service and compliance at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Class 2 tipper vehicle to deliver aggregates
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Ensuring loads are secured and transported safely
- Delivering to construction sites, quarries, and commercial premises
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Adhering to all driving laws and company health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous tipper or aggregate experience is advantageous
- Good knowledge of driver hours and regulations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Long term ongoing role, with permanent opportunities. Monday - Friday 0600 - 0800 start time. Averaging 10 hour shifts. £14 p/h basic, £17.30 p/h via umbrella. Overtime available.
