QS Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing work involving nationwide deliveries of timber products.
This is a great opportunity for reliable and professional drivers who are comfortable working across the UK and carrying out multi-drop deliveries, including deliveries into busy city-centre locations.
The Role
- Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on nationwide delivery routes
- Delivering a variety of timber profiles and products
- Deliveries to city centres and other locations across the UK
- Tramping work may be required
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and professionally
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
You will need:
- Previous HGV driving experience
- Experience with timber deliveries is advantageous
- Experience navigating and delivering to city-centre locations is desirable
- Good knowledge of UK roads
- Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach
- Comfortable working away from home when required
Days, nights and weekends available. 40-50 hours a week
The hourly rate is £17. You will accrue 28 days holiday a year.
