HGV 1 / LGV 1 / CLASS 1 DRIVERS WANTED - IMMEDIATE START
Working out of one of the UK's leading supermarket distribution centres, you will be responsible for caged store deliveries. Drivers will either be expected to back onto a bay and wait to be unloaded or offload cages using a tail lift. All drivers will be expected to carry out vehicle checks prior to deliveries and complete all paperwork in line with company guidelines.
To apply for this role you must have the following:
- HGV 1 / LGV 1 / LGV Class 1 Licence
- Full UK CPC
- Valid digital tacho card
To be considered for this role you must have held your licence for a minimum of 1 year with at least 180 days commercial driving experience.
Ongoing full-time position. Days and nights available with start times being between 0800 and 1100 on days, and between 1700 and 0200 on nights. Various shift patterns available; however, weekend work is involved.
Pay for this role is as follows:
- Monday - Friday - Days £19.00
- Monday - Friday - Nights £20.00
- Saturday all hours £22.00
- Sunday all hours £23.00
