If you are an experienced, hardworking Care Assistant living in the NG6 area and are looking for weekend work only, we have ideal positions for you.
We are looking for committed, compassionate, experienced Care Assistants to work with vulnerable adults with dementia and other age-related conditions who live in the Nottingham NG6 area. You will be working as part of a friendly team within a residential home in the Nottingham NG6 area, helping support and care for vulnerable individuals with their day-to-day activities, encouraging their independence and making a real difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Personal care
- Providing support and emotional wellbeing
- Assisting with dressing, washing and feeding
- Assisting with movement and positioning of individuals
- Offering companionship
Qualifications
- You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
- Have a checkable work history
- Have up-to-date mandatory training documents (Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control). If you do not have up-to-date certificates, online training is available with an added fee
- Have an in-date enhanced DBS check; if your DBS has expired, we can arrange a new one

Details
This is an ongoing, rewarding role. You will typically work on Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 07:00 and finishing at 14:00.
Salary: £12.35 per hour, plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay.
