Duties:
- Completing temperature controlled deliveries
- Sealing and unsealing back doors
- Monitoring the refrigeration unit
- Reporting temperature issues to the depot
- Trunking to RDC or NDC, no multi drop
- Coupling and uncoupling trailers
- Supervising unloading/loading (no Manual Handling)
- Maintaining delivery records
Qualifications:
- A full UK Drivers Licence with a C+E entitlement
- A minimum of 12 months continuous experience driving articulated lorries in the UK
- A Digital Tacho Card (Digicard)
- A valid Driver CPC Card
- A strong and coherent understanding of driver’s working hours and working time directive
- You must not have more than 6 points on your licence
This is a temporary, but ongoing position. Start times are between 1100 and 1500 each day. Shift lengths are approximately 10 hours. The umbrella rate for this position is £19.88 standard and £26.43 overtime. We do not accept max 20 visas or sponsorships.
